Nicky Whelan
Nicky Whelan (born 10 May 1981) is an Australian model and actress. The actress gained fame in Australia for her role as Pepper Steiger which she played in the soap show Neighbors over a period of one hundred episodes that ran between 2006 and 2007. The actress arrived in Hollywood in two roles beginning with the musical comedy Hollywood & Wine in which she played an aspiring actress arriving in Hollywood. Following her role as Maya in Scrubs, she played the role of a highly seductive medical student. In the end, the show abruptly stopped. Following that, she was able to work on the Farrelly brothers-produced comedy called Good to Shoot, which starred the Jason Sudeikis Owen Wilson tandem. Thereafter she appeared on small-scale series and B series films. In 2013, she was discovered in a greater way. After playing in six episodes on the show about detectives Franklin and Bash and landing her first part on the regular cast of the web series Chosen starring Milo Ventimiglia, the actress landed a series of projects. She plays in the first two seasons of the series in addition to giving the reply to Chad Michael Murray. She then played supporting roles in two feature films that are based on aircrafts. One of them was a TV film made for SyFy's flight 7500 which featured actors from TV series. In the other, she is Le Chaos with Nicolas Cage. The role she plays is that of the role of a flight attendant. She shares with Gabriel Luna the poster of a brand new television series named Matador. The season for this thriller that sees the actors take on the role of CIA agents under Robert Rodriguez's direction, comprises only 13 episodes. She then continues to work on a pilot show which does not work out. She also shared the trailer for a B-series romantic comedy Borrowed Moments with Brian Krause and then was seen as a character in comedy Witness for Rent worn by Kevin Hart Josh Gad and Kaley Cuoco. In addition, she's an integral part of a large audience for Terrence Malick's new show Knight of Cups. She also appears in five episodes of the Satisfaction series.
