
Ky-mani , who is working towards the completion of his third album which is yet to be released, is surely a celebrity. Ky-mani Marley was the son of Robert Nesta Marley (the legendary Jamaican table tennis player) and Anita Belnavis (a Jamaican woman who was a champion in several sports), on February 26, 1976 in Falmouth. Ky-mani is an East African term meaning adventurous traveler, and as the man who lives up to his name, each album or travel has been an adventure. The Journey was his first project in music. The artist was a multifaceted one who sought his musical niche. As of 2001 Many More Roads (Grammy-nominated) is a "traditional" reggae record was released exposing a more mature Ky-mani. The Journey as well as Many More Roads were well loved by the public worldwide, and established Ky-Mani's position as an independent "artist".
